Quail is lovely but nearly impossible to fix . Even drilled holes to help the very stubby end the enter the wood which was old and relatively soft . Still couldn’t manage to tap it in , tried a bit harder but the metal began to bend at the base of the body . I have quite a number in my garden and never experienced so much trouble.
