I've now contacted you by email twice since receiving my order of a number of items & still no reply. Product description is very misleading as only a very small bowl would fit into the ring. I have many small bowls yet none if them fit. I'm a repeat customer & very disappointed at the lack of response/customer service.

Very expensive for what is essentially a steel cutout. It isn't supplied with the bowl as pictured so do not gift this to someone as you'll both be disappointed.
