Bought 3 for gifts and unexpectantly received one as a gift. I bought 3 metalbirds as I thought they made the perfect gift that would last. Was delighted however when I opened my present from my daughter that it was infact a Metalbird. We had not had a discussion but obvioulsy thought along the same lines. Fortunately, I she was not on my Metalbird list - but is moving house very soon and what a lovely present a metalbird would be.
