I bought a Robin for my neighbour as she believed her dear departed Father came back as a Robin and would be constantly visiting her garden every year. I was bought a Blackbird for the sane reason as my late Father said he'd come back as a Blackbird. It gives me comfort, and I know the Robin will give my neighbour comfort too. They are a delightful garden feature and a great talking point. Only downside for me is I wished I had painted the Blackbird with a black netal paint to keep it black, but...
