This piece of jewelry is nice (it's in silver). HOWEVER, the chain is a bit short and it was knotted when I received it. I've had it for maybe a month now and i still haven't fully got the knot out😞. I'm scared to break the chain. It came in a pink velvet looking bag, no box. Which probably would have been better with it being in a box. But I haven't had a chance to wear it because of this issue, but it's nice.

Reached out to them and when they finally responded on April 24th, they said they were sending out a new item. An order confirmation was sent out but nothing has shipped.
