I ordered flowers from Canada to be sent to Sydney in celebration of a birthday. Ordering was easy. Delivery went as promised - and the birthday girl was DELIGHTED with the flowers. Well done, Floraly.

The Flowers were delivered squashed, the vase was filthy with dust/greasy and finger marks and lastly the card had these computer generated messages in the body which confused my mother.
I would submit images but this doesn't have an option.
I don't complain as I'm assuming youre a startup and I've been there and in the space being a CX executive but yes not 100% with the product especially for the price.

I live in London. I bought these flowers for my friend in Sydney’s birthday. The bouquet looked nothing like the website, lots of cheap flowers. I also order additional stems. I would hate to think how small the standard bouquets are. The flowers were delivered upside down. When my friend opened them they were bruised and damaged. All very disappointing. Won’t be using your company again.
