My order arrived shrivelled and mostly half dead. Sent photo to Floraly customer care who replied promptly and confirmed would replace. It’s my opinion the fault lay with the delivery service…..Floraly could review their use of them. I may not be the only one.
Sent without delay and I was very pleased with the replacement.
