My order arrived shrivelled and mostly half dead. Sent photo to Floraly customer care who replied promptly and confirmed would replace. It’s my opinion the fault lay with the delivery service…..Floraly could review their use of them. I may not be the only one. Sent without delay and I was very pleased with the replacement.

I ordered two bunches for myself. The Eucalyptus was very few steams for $39 was not great value for money. They also were covered in galls. Wasp's larvae - This really not good quality at all and you shouldn't be sending out bunches of leaves in this quality. The other bunch of dried flowers look great, but smelt really bad, might have been what they used to treat the flowers but none the less they are not great at over $100 each i would expect a better quality. I won't be using your servi...
