I've been wearing head straps to sleep with for the last year! The headstraps are painful. I use a C-Pap, and apparently, Im a mouth breather. I happened to scroll across hostage tape one day and decided to give it a try. I'm hooked. These stay on all night and they don't rip my hair out. I will keep these next to my bed from now on. Oh my gosh, you are absolutely an answer to prayer. I’ve used the patch for five nights and have had no dry mouth at all with them. I have been losing sleep every night with dry mouth for a few years. I had to keep gum next to the bed to refresh my mouth every single night. I tried a 1 month supply. I was sold after 4 days. I have 3 strips to my brother in law and he loved them as well. For our birthdays I bought us the 1 year and it's so much better than anything we have tried before. Highly recommended. The only thing I hate is that they are made in China then distributed in the USA. Rather these strips cost more and made in the USA.

Mouth tape works great

I have tried quite a variety of tapes for nighttime mouth-taping, from ones especially made for the purpose to several different brands of rolls of medical tape. I was not happy with any of them. Some failed to stick for the whole night. Some left stubborn adhesive residue that was hard to remove. Some didn't cover enough area, so I found myself mouth-breathing around the tape. Only 5 days in, but I’ve already noticed a huge difference in my quality of sleep. I snore a ton and wake up with migraines nearly daily due to poor sleep and I have felt much better each day this week. The only con is my dogs are terrified of me and refuse to cuddle when I have the tape on 😂

Never tried nose strips before this (they work!). I track my sleep with a WHOOP and noticed a 10-20% improvement in my sleep when I used them. More testing to come in combination with mouth tape (and sleep mask)!
