Activator stopped working and I wrote to ask for a refund. I was told they had processed my refund. It was later that I realised they were talking about the first order I placed in August which was not delivered and I contacted my bank for a refund. When I heard that a refund has been processed I assumed it was for the order I placed in October which i had contacted them about because it stopped working and vould have my money back based on the 90day guarantee. So beware- they are dishonest
