The company have been very helpful as my first Vibit got lost in the post. They replaced it and sent it out very quickly. It arrived a few days after my communication with them to report it as lost. The packaging was well done and the Vibit arrived in one piece and I have been enjoying it since. My feet feel a lot better as it really massages the places needed. I love it.
