Years ago, it was recommended that I roll up a towel and put it under my neck for 10 minutes a day. The towel gave way to a special neck pillow. Now I have replaced the pillow with the Neck Stretch +PLUS - Cervical Traction Device. It is not as comfortable as the pillow but I can feel the stretch and lengthening much more. I think that with consistent use over time, the Neck Stretch +PLUS - Cervical Traction Device will be helpful with respect to the reverse curvature in my neck.

I bought the Vibit to help with Sciatica. There are excellent tutorials that demonstrate exercises for different physical conditions, including Sciatica. I was surprised when I couldn't get down on the floor and I didn't have the strength to support myself like in the videos. However, I adapted the exercises by using the Vibit against the wall. I hope that exercising with the Vibit my mobility will improve and my pain will be reduced over time.

I have severe pain in my feet - nothings helps, until now. I have found that after a couple of days of regular use, I am more mobile and in less pain. I have bought the massage roller and the tens unit, both are great at helping to alleviate back pain, foot pain and neck pain for me. As an office worker for the past 30 years these are great and as always you get what you pay for, the Chinese knock offs just don’t last, don’t have the same quality and don’t work as well. My advice, spend your money right the first time read the reviews and get the relief you are looking for.

I'm on my feet all day and this gives such a nice relief, I even use it on my legs and my back. It's like a massage for your feet, it takes away the soreness. It feels really good just slowly rolling your feet back and forth.

Have only had my Vibit for one week but I love it,use it twice a day for 5 minutes each time on number 2 vibration and I really feel that is helping my planter fasciitis. The past 3 months I have been doing all the things like frozen water bottle, tennis ball, and heat pack and step stretches but it’s still there maybe not as bad but still an issue. This Vitbit is doing more than all those exercises combined.. Great purchase don’t regret it at all..

Great little device. Gives me instant relief for my plantar fasciitis. Have also used it for lower back pain and again it was effective in alleviating my pain. Not sure if it works by distraction such as a tens machine but doesn’t really matter, it works for me.

I developed neuropathy after chemotherapy where I have extremely sore heels on my feet and pins & needles/numbness in my fingers and toes. In the short time I’ve had the vibit it has helped to reduce the pain and discomfort, especially as I’m on my feet for most of the day for my job. Hasn’t cured the neuropathy and probably won’t, but certainly helps ease the discomfort. Highly recommend.

I've used a few massagers over the years for my lower back and mid back. The issues with those massagers i wanted more pressure they where not designed to be used in that way. I have found the Vibit a very useful addition to my treatment regime in particular for plantar fasciitis. The medium vibration range on the machine really makes a difference for me in managing this condition. I also use it to relieve sciatic pain by applying vibration whilst in the prone position.
