The signs came quickly and were beautiful. The mounting tape I ordered wasn’t with the signs but I was able to email the company and get the tape shipped out separately. I always received prompt responses to my emails.

I love my sign!! I'm truly in love with my sign . I did the 48" and it looks amazing in royal blue 💙 Customer service is amazing thank you so much ! I Purchased this for my 8 years old Autistic son and he love it as well . Excellent service very good quality. I will definitely order more products from them again . It worth every penny ! This was a gift for a friend! The quality of the sign is better than expected. I was surprised to receive the package early! I ordered a name plate for my daughter's nursery. Unfortunately the plate came broken and when I reached out customers service was able to reorder the name plate and arrived in time. I love it and am satisfied how my daughters room look 😌 😊

Purchased this for my newborn daughter. I think she will hold on to this for a while. Ordering was seamless. The delivery/wait period was a little longer than I anticipated, but all in all not bad. The finished product was amazing! I have already received so many compliments. I will order another one for my niece; she wants the exact same template, however, I will show her the other options.

The sign arrived on time, and it was carefully packaged to avoid any damage. I choose gold lettering. I used clear fishing line to anchor it to my backdrop ... it's beautiful. The company is very customer service friendly, easy to communicate with and will make sure your satisfied. Thank you "Etched on Wood"!!!!

Company was amazing to work with. Quick responses, very detailed and made the experience painless with designing. They really tried to capture my idea and then try to get me the best bang for my buck which I really appreciated. I highly recommend! I get compliments all the time on my design. I did the 36” and it looks amazing in black against this Baby Letto crib - very regal and prominent for my little prince. I do have to mention that when it first arrived, the “jr.” portion was broken (mail carrier’s fault) but immediately after reaching out to their customer service, they expedited the production of a replica and ensured secure packaging to prevent mishandling. 10/10 will be getting one for my future daughter.

We got her sign in natural wood so we could spray paint it the exact color we wanted. I did love the color choices the website had, but gold tones can be hard to match. Sign is beautiful and perfect.

My item took a bit longer than usual for delivery due to beginning stage of Covid. My first order was in March just after my Childs birth. Once it arrived the name was spelled wrong but the company fixed the problem right away and sent out a brand new one. Looks great in my daughters room, customer service was friendly and the item is made well.

Absolutely loved my sign. I didn’t know what color would match the walls and furniture at first so I bought the one without any color on it and when it got here I decided to paint it white. Make sure when you order, you order a big enough size for the space you’re putting it in. Shipping was prompt.

I kept seeing ads on IG and finally decided to order a sign for my office. The pic shows it right after I pulled it from the box. Everyone that sees it agrees—it’s absolutely gorgeous! It’s lighter (in weight) than I expected and almost feels as if it could break easily so be careful. We hung it on the wall with Command strips and haven’t had any issues. I’d definitely order from EOW again.

Love the piece I got for my daughters nursery. However, when the piece arrived the color was a little Blotchy (assuming from packaging). My husband threw another coat of spray paint on it and it is perfect!

The shipping times were accurate even with my booking at high peak Christmas time I received it the predicted times. When I did a checkin mid shipping interval the staff was very friendly and did an accurate status update. It was secure in the packaging and absolutely beautiful. I used it for the wall of my bedroom and it totally brought my vision to life. Definitely will be ordering again!
