I am in love with this paint. It goes on so smooth leaving zero brush strokes and the finish is flawless. I have used the color balsam twice now and it’s definitely one of the prettiest colors I have ever seen. It’s a great blue/green shade and looks stunning on any piece. Modern Lace is a perfect white for my projects. It's a creamy white, but without yellow tones. I think it perfectly enhanced my antique dresser. I used a brush and roller on this project and I was happy to see the paint level out beautifully. I love this paint its so smooth levels beautifully. The paint also has nice adhesion. I have used Chippy Barn paint in the past and this will not be the last time! I actually got down to the last drop of paint for this project and needed just a little more for a touch up by adding just a little water I was able to get the proper coverage to finish.

I have used quality (wall) water based paints wanting that quality look to my furniture, but was always disappointed in the results. When Chippy Barn was recommended, I was hesitant...but wow, I’m so glad that I gave this product a try. I used the Avondale colored paint as well as the clear wax on my formally outdated cherrywood bedroom end tables, and I am beyond thrilled. I now have other furniture projects lined up and will be using Chippy Barn products for those as well.

Since I found the Chippy Barn wax I have used no other I use it to invigorate dry wood in drawers to give them a nice luster with the addition of a clean fresh scent. I use it over paint and it glides on smooth; not sticky. It sheen is matte which is another quality and look I love. One tub goes a long way. My favorite is the lavender!

Great product! Covered my furniture piece really well and it saved me a lot of time painting! I used a roller and a simple paint brush you would get at Michaels and let me tell you, the brush strokes were barely visible. Really recommend the paint here and this color alone amazed a lot of my friends.

I had a mirror that needed a face lift. I live at the shore so I wanted to do something that would blend in with the nautical feel of the living room. I used Palm Leaf to give the mirror a weathered look. I added shells to the opposite corners for a seashore feel. I did a light coat of Palm Leaf and took a damp rag and lightly wiped the wood while the paint was damp. The outcome is a fabulous looking mirror that looks like it is an antique.....just the look I wanted.

This wax is easy to apply and, more importantly, to wipe off and buff. The first wax I used was a bit more solid, which made buffing it an olympic-worthy event. The orange scent of this wax feels natural - not perfumey. It leaves a low sheen on the paint; a buttery-soft caress to raw wood.

Pecan Luxe Tones helped neutralize some of the natural red in the walnut top while adding a medium tone color. Two coats were applied by brush for full even color and coverage from the self sealing topcoat.

Winter blanket is such a soft light grey. I used it to paint the base of this table. I sprayed it to get it into all the crevices, and TCB paint incidentally, sprays beautifully! However I decided to distress this table bottom to accentuate the details and It distresses nicely as well.
