I purchased one pack to check it out. My worry was whether the product will loosen my bowels more than I would like it to. I was pleasantly surprised at the result. I took it with my dinner and the next morning, after my warm water drink, it helped me empty my bowels smoothly and completely and that felt really good! I liked the fennel flavor of the capsule and knowing it is all herbal, makes me feel better. I recommend Emma wholeheartedly.
