The delivery partner needs to be changed. Blue Dart refused to deliver the consignment at the given address and asked me to collect it from their Head Office. Bad experience. I reported the same to Thrive Co customer care but no action intimated to me.

It is working out, the fall has considerably reduced,It is since 4th purchase, this time i ordered 2x3packs,interestingly commercial loss is 1 shampoo bottle, it should have been 1 bottle per pack of 3,but received 1 bottle per pack of 6. Can i receive 1 additional serum bottle as compensation.
