I purchased it to add to my Garrison Brothers collection. It was the last expression that I needed to complete my set (I now have all of the expressions that you have put out). My only issue is, when the bottle arrived and I opened the box, the bottle had NO protective wrapping on it at all… the empty (with the seal already installed) box however, was wrapped so well it took 10 minutes to unwrap it (good thing). Chisal Regal XV is an excellent Scotch. I appreciate having Blackwell's available for special orders and will be a frequent customer. Slightly disappointed in the delayed delivery by FedEx Ground...but transport enroute is beyond Blackwell's control.

Lucked out and found this bottle for a good price on Blackwells. Shipping was reasonable and the package was sent very quickly. This is vastly better that the Wee Beastie. I honestly thing removing the purifier was a fantastic idea and they should just make this a core bottle. That being said, the price is steep for what you're getting. The taste is much more nuanced and interesting, but, still very smoke forward. I'm not a heavy peat fan yet, but this is a fantastic offering.

This is one of my favorite of all TN whiskeys and bourbons. It is high proof, very balanced and smooth which indicates ample aging in the barrel, a wonderful Jack Daniels pallate full of ripe bananas, caramel, chocolate, spice, followed by a nice long and bold finish.

Loved this offering I’m a sucker for anything aged in sherry cask and this did not disappoint, my only complaint is that the Canadians should really experiment with higher proofs of whiskey This was a 15 yr old whiskey @ 80 proof, give that flavor some punch, I also bought the Wisers18yr And again the was 80 proof. Canadians make good whiskey they should stop watering it down.
