I ordered this customized necklace after the birth of my 2nd child. I absolutely love the delicate look of the chain and letters. Unfortunately, about a month after I received it, the chain broke while I was putting it on one morning. I contacted customer service and without question, they sent me a pre-paid return envelope and fixed the necklace for free. Turnaround was quick and you’d never know the chain had broken.
