This was the first experience with Canvas Freaks. The payment was sent through immediately while, due to the Covid 19 virus, delivery was to be delayed. I was uncomfortable with that. I was able to speak directly with someone and she was very nice and reassuring. The canvas was a birthday gift for my son. He was very pleased.

I wasn’t really impressed on how it was shipped. In fact, the envelope it arrived in was damage with several holes and was surprised the actual frame and image were not damaged. Maybe something to think about for future costumers.

This is a beautiful canvas with the floating frame that was given as a gift. The only thing that threw me off a little bit was the canvas color is very bright white, whereas the color shown for the "white" option on the website had it with a bit of gray in it, which I thought looked really pretty (and less stark). I'm very happy with my purchase. I do have one issue with it though. The last child's name is on the front where it should be but it is also below that where the canvas wraps around to the back. It's not a big deal because I can find a way to cover it if other people notice it, I was just surprised when I saw it.
