There were a couple of diagonal splits in the slab. Not your fault because they weren’t visible from the top or back but when I routed into it they became an issue. I can fill them with glue and seal them but just thought you should know.

Received a Cocobolo bridge blank that was nearly black, looked nothing like the pictures on the website, not even close. So bad I threw it away, no go for nothing, waste of money. Tried returning before and it turned out to be a pain in the ass so, forget that trouble. I recommend you go elsewhere for a Cocobolo bridge blank.

The piece was extremely dry, when I put in on my lathe using a carbide bit, the piece flew apart rendering it useless. I threw it in the trash. I assume the blame and now I know to never but it again.
