Easy to swallow. I have trouble going to bed- my mind seems to not stop. I take these about an hour to 30 min before going to bed. I have not woken in the middle of the night. I noticed if I take on a daily basis instead of just 2 to 3 times a week they don’t have as good an affect on my sleeping well.
