I'm 5'7'' 185. I ordered a size medium. This shirt looks like a medium/large out of the package. When ran through the dryer once is shrinks to a medium. I would say that this shirt is perfect size for 5'9'' 170 build. Great shirt. I ordered mediums this time vice large because the larges stay true to size and hardly shrink. I’ve been using them every day for over a week and they all look brand new still. The bands I got before these had tons of micro tears after only a few days of use. These are the best quality bands I’ve ever used and I do not go easy on them. The price is great but the only complaint is that I cannot purchase each band separately.

I originally ordered a Medium but was sent a Small instead, but as it turns out I think I would've preferred the small anyways. Way more form-fitting and comfortable, while still being quite long. This is definitely my new favorite shirt. For a size reference, I'm 6 foot, 170 pounds, 30* in waist.
