I had an issue w the shipping address partially missing...so my order eas returned. It was a bit of a hassle to get someone to assist me...but when I finally got a person to.help me and care, my order was re-shipped. The boots arrived about a month later and are beautiful, well made, comfortable and super cute!!!

I ordered a 9.5 which they seem to fit well. The only thing that is mildly annoying is that because the interior is lined with velvet causing my socks to bunch at the toes. After tweaking the boot with a foam insert this was resolved and my socks stay in place.

I really like this shoe. The navy color is very pleasant. And the old style is what caught my attention. The only down side is, before I ordered I asked if they would fit a wide foot (11wide at that) I was told that they would and they do. They are just a little to tight on me. Even when I wore thin socks they were still tight. I just just have to stretch them. But I love this shop. All unique, just like me.

I love these comfy boots! I can walk outdoors in them for hours. They have both a zipper and laces. By adjusting the laces, I can accommodate different sock weights for different weather. I added my favorite comfort sole insert. With it, the boots fit my feet true to size. But the shoe is in the narrow side, so if your foot is wide you might consider going up a half-size.
