I got send a 15% off coupon to share my thoughts about this company and it’s customer service. I have to say, it’s too notch. I have a monthly OTF subscription.
Last month my package showed up and the knife was inoperable, a spring mount inside was broken. It only took me a few emails and a picture of my damaged knife to get BladeCity to send out a replacement. I was impressed with their responsiveness and even more impressed with the replacement.
