Directly stimulates muscle growth and builds strength in the fingers. Day or two after from using they feel sore as if they are repairing and regrowing new muscles. Think I might have to start with a little lighter weight and build up first. Maybe focus more on hypotrophy first rather than muscle strength. These things are absolutely amazing! Ended up getting the swap plate with two hold plates so I could put both the slopers and ball holds on along with the actual hang board. Being able to swap between all of the different holds and difficulties quickly makes this thing an absolute essential. Much to be desired about the weaker carabiner they give you though. It seems as if it is better fit for holding your keys than heavier weight. Or so it seems. My initial product I got sent ended up having a faulty bracket. The team messaged me very soon after and very quickly dispatched out the replacement part, which ended up fixing the issue I had. That issue being the bracket that goes on the wall ended up having too sharp of a point which would push through the backing rubber and have the possibility of creating a sharp pressure point on the wall. Fingers are getting direct work out from this. Can work your forearm also. Definitely can lift more weight as I was at 55lbs and 60lbs yet that might be ego lifting since I still have got to develop the muscles in my fingers.
