Even though I paid extra ($60) in shipping for 3 folks to arrive for Christmas the 3 dolls arrived the week after Christmas.
Fir this doll we cannot turn on the heartbeat. There is NO ACCESS into the body to get to the module or change batteries.
My granddaughter loves the baby anyway, but I paid a lot of extra money for the 3 dolls to arrive by Christmas & for this doll to have a heartbeat.
What consolations can be offered to make this right??
