Easy install. Hardest part was draining coolant. Those plastic drain cocks. One on the left is a piece of cake. The right one is facing forward and hard to get to.

I had a diesel tech that I trust from my local ford dealership do the install. I am sure that I could have, but I am certain that it was done right. I also had him do a SPE CCV re-route while he was there. This was his first experience with the SPE kit. The ford tech usually does the S n S DPK Kit but He did like the the idea of being able to see physically the filter for inspection . And by comparison he said that it was a lot cleaner looking under the hood than the S n S dpk.

2012 6.7 F350; Like all have stated, the old one is a challenge to remove, and the install of this functional recirculation system is an easy smooth process. It looks clean and cleared the area so you can actually see an engine.
Not sure why you would want to go through the challenge of R&R the factory CCV when you can do it one time and have a professional billet recirculation system. One bolt, off comes cover, pull out stainless screen, clean and back in, in way less time than removing the ba...
It was no picnic getting the rear bolts out of the oem ccv box. That being said the kit was easy to install no issues with fitment whatsoever. Happy with the install and happy with spe for being informative with my delivery and to add to that the thing that tops it all is you guys send stickers which is a huge plus. Lol.

Pretty easy install, found a different location to use than what was suggested on the instructions, wanted it further back than the fuel pump. I still need to adjust the brake cable. However my petcock broke, I will contact SPE to see if they can send a replacement

I have a 2015 Ford F-250 6.7 Powerstroke and I had already installed the CCV Reroute kit. I installed the External Catch Can and this was a Nice addition to that kit and easy to install.

Install was extremely easy! Hardest part was getting the factory filter off. Probably took me about an hour and a half with zero distractions. I will be getting the internal catch can next and then the hot side intercooler pipe because of how high quality this kit was. Also the shipping was super fast!

I was very pleased with the overall install and the product. Because I had a 2024 with the regulator. Had to added a bushing due to the OEM screw was to long. I will source a shorter screw and swap it out. I would also recomend added bracket to keep the coolant line off the Cat filter. I created a bracket and offset and secured the line.
I installed these cab mounts on my 2015 F-250, this product is great as my cab mounts were terrible. The ride in my truck is so much better. The install took about an hour and fifteen minutes (A heat induction tool is a must for this job). I was planning on this job taking 4-6 hours from all the reviews. I would recommend this product and company to anyone.

Install went well. The EGR interferes with the new MAP sensor location on the SPE intake (2019). In order to get even distribution of water methanol I changed my water methanol setup to a 4 injectors from the 2 injectors I was using as the ports on the SPE manifold are after the “Y”. The throttle definitely feels more responsive with the SPE manifold. Since I had everything apart for the manifold installation I also did the coolant hose re-route, upper and lower radiator hoses and the CCV re-rou...
Fast shipping, all parts are very nice machined aluminum, nothing steel to rust, easy install, took me about 20-30 minutes, all spe parts are higher quality that other company’s I’ve bought from in the past, some of my blue parts have been swapped with spe!

Super happy with this purchase. Definitely recommend a set of long allens to ease the installation. Pretty straight forward otherwise. Installed this with the SPE oil pan w/heater plug. Love the combo and I have noticed 10-15 degrees cooler oil temps. The long CAT filter takes a full 2qts of oil just by itself. It's massive.
Great Product! Superb quality! Very simple install. Easy ordering and quick delivery. I ordered it in the morning and it shipped out the same day. SPE was great at keeping me up to speed during the whole process right up to when it was dropped at my front door. I've definitely noticed a drop in my oil temps! This was my first purchase from SPE and I'll surely be buying more! Now I can't wait for their oil pans to get back in stock. Definitely next on my list! 👍👌
2017 f350 6.7 intake manifold with hot and cold side tube's works great quicker spool up colder egt's more power better mpg. Cold side pipe was kinda tough to get positioned nicely and some of the tbolt clamps could have been just a hair bigger. Overall great purchase great product great results my truck is covered in spe stuff and will get more soon
Bought the stock one to stop my truck from running hot. It did but the temp on the stock one allows temps to reach just under 200 degrees. Once I installed SPE low temp I haven't hit 180 degrees at 100 degree ambient temp here in Louisiana. I am much happier because I know my truck runs cooler. Thanks SPE!

Have a 18F250, Best products hands down! Made right! So far I’ve done the Piping Kit, the Disaster Prevention Kit, CCV Reroute, a the coolant hose kit to clean everything up real nice! Will definitely turn to SPE for future products for my rig. Thanks
Easy enough to install just following the instructions. I really wanted the fuel filter under the hood relocated and this is definitely the one that does this. Quality product would recommend this for good filtration.

Nice product. I mounted on passenger side of frame to avoid emergency brake cable and get further back of cab. I ran hose on top of support over dpf. Hopefully this isnt an issue. Will find out if it melts. Just wanted vapors further back. Easy install.

Thank you SPE Motorsport for making such great products. I ordered and received this drain valve billet piece, went ahead and performed an engine service. Drained the fuel/water separator filter, removed the housing, then removed the stock drain valve. Installing the billet part was so easy, nice fit, and I live in Alaska we’re it’s -30degrees and no leaks from it. So I’m super stoked with the new part, works great and looks awesome. Thank you SPE.
Plug fits as advertised just like all of the SPE products. Just wondering if you make a dummy plug for the other 16 pin connector that is under the ECU that's part of the same harness
Added the disaster prevention kit and ccv recirculation kit to my 6.7 Powerstroke. Fairly straightforward install for both items. Still have to put in the exo-filter but couldn’t find my heat gun to reposition the fuel line quick connect. Overall very satisfied with the products. Everything seems to be high quality. Thank you SPE! I’ll be back soon for an intake piping kit.
I had this installed at the same time as their piping kit. Fitment is great, and there seems to be a noticeable improvement in spool up. With a VGT turbo, you're in the boost instantly.
Excuse the messy engine bay in the pictures. I work the heck out of my truck so she stays dirty even when I clean her. The SPE ccv box is hands down the ONLY solution everyone should consider, and if you are considering, just buy it! It is a very high quality piece that was super easy to install. It took longer to remove the factory ccv box than it did to install my new badass SPE ccv box. That makes a few items from SPE that I have on my truck! Always the highest quality and excellent customer ...
This product is very durable and there is no chance you will break this while draining water from your fuel. It was easy to install and fit is perfect As a bonus, it looks great and is easy to locate! Glad I decided to do this.
I recently ordered an SPE Thermostat for my 2020 GT500 for my 2024 FBO build. I received the Thermostat within 4 days of ordering it, and it showed up with great packaging as well as a thank you letter.
I had the Thermostat installed within 15 minutes, thanks to SPE's attention to detail and adding detailed instructions on their website to aid customers with their installs. Absolutely will be ordering more parts from SPE in the near future, thanks!

I'll admit, I was expecting the product to improve performance over stock but, wow! If you are one with your truck and feel it's every crank, you'll understand. Temps are slightly cooler and overall engine performance has indeed improved JUST from simply improving flow rate and filtration. I'm impressed and now a believer. Keep up the amazing work SPE!
I recently had a breakdown 600 miles away from home while towing our camper. It required my 2017 F250 to be towed to a Diesel repair shop to repair blown transmission cooling lines. They took care of the problem, and as he handed me a $1,400 bill, he pulled me aside to show me an "urgent" issue recommendation. My motor was building enough back pressure to just make the oil cap dance. "That CCV box is your problem. They get clogged, and it will cause your motor to blow seals. You're going t...
Install was pretty easy ,took about 15-20 minutes. Took old brittle rubber hose off . Put on the new silicone rubber SPE hose on. Used the same hose clamps. Had to take some retainer pieces off of the bottom clamp first. Also had to cut the old rubber hose off the plastic throttle body piece to get it off easily. Seems like a good quality product! Happy with it as usual. I also took a picture of the CCV reroute from SPE that I did a while ago.

I broke the plastic fitting trying to get it off the filter y'all's quality is so awesome I ordered a cheap one to get me by until yours arrived there's no comparison the craftsmanship and quality even down to the clamp the clamp is top notch the whole design is awesome thank you guys
This is a high quality hose. Bought the additional hose to run the gasses from the CCV down the rail to the back of the truck. Very happy with this purchase.

Cleaned up the engine bay a bit, and seems like a more efficient flow than all the hoses connected together. This should also clear up the space for the piping system install.
This was my fist purchase from SPE and it was a phenomenal experience. The CCV recirculating kit is extremely well made. When you hold it in your hands, you can "feel" and "sense" the parts and materials are very well made. Install was super easy and the instructions are well written. After all of the info online about the CCV causing issues int he 6.7, this kit give you complete piece of mind that it will no longer be the culprit. I will order all my upgrades from SPE from now on. Thank you, Ch...
SPE good quality, easy to install, sensor needs to be moved, but it's not a problem, looks great, I like SPE products, this is not my first purchase from SPE, in the photo you can see how many updates I made on my 6.7 powerstroke

I originally deleted my CCV factory Box to a cheep Amazon re route kit and after I did that I noticed I started burning oil out the exhaust from idling the truck for hours the ccv pressure was causing my seal in my turbo to leak oil into the down pipe. So after a few months and burning 1 gallon of pin in 4k miles I decided to go back to getting a CCV box and I chose SPE because the fact that they have always built and engineered high quality products and the simplicity of the washable filter i...
Install was pretty easy, hands down worst part was getting the quick connections off the old oem fuel water separator ; not a lot of room plus it was difficult pressing down on the little tab releases. Also I put the ends of the supplied fuel hose in boiling water for like five minutes and put some diesel fuel on the barbed ends of the connectors and man them fitting are tight. I love this improvement as well as all the other products I’ve bought from spe I’m not done yet keep up the good work ...

Well its been on the truck for almost a week my mpgs have gone up and so has the smiles per gallon as well. Definitely helps the truck breathe better
I followed the instructions and everything was perfect. The sound of the turbo is a little more noticeable. The stock turbo intake had gunk in it because I had about 145k miles on it before I did the CCV reroute kit. So now it is breathing better. I am fully deleted and excited to see how it does on a road trip not towing vs towing. Thanks to SPE for providing quality components for the Scorpion 6.7l Powerstroke!!!!!
