This is my 2nd purchase, 1st was the raw seamoss but I couldn't stay consistent. So the pills were a better fit for me, I was skeptical at 1st because it's in a pill form but this product works no matter which one you decide. I have told so many others!!!

Since I have a few ready jars in my fridge, I made a batch to freeze. I soak 1 bag for 24 hours and use 1 freshly squeezed lemon. I only use spring water to blend my sea moss and it fills 5 freezer safe 16oz mason jars.
