The structure is really good and so versatile also we like it a lot. Would like to have another smaller base to put in when move the larger for back area to make it more solid when backpack. It's super comfy and strong as a backpack and car seat

Works great in the car and my minature schnauzer is safe and loves it. Tried it as a back back but my dog weighs 9.5kgs and it is too heavy with the dog and the chill bug to carry her on my back. Also does not fit on my bike. Overall I am happy with my chill bug but think it is more suitable for a smaller dog. I purchased especially to take my dog for rides on my bike. Makes a greAt dog carrier for my car. So all good as she is safe and can look out the window. Blessings Jenn

It's a nice looking bag for my 4kg cavoodle puppy who I take on bike rides, but there are problems. The hole for the head is too big and the cord doesn't tighten small enough so he can stick his paws out of the head hole and try and jump out of the bag. I'm constantly trying to push his front paws ack in. The second issue is that after the first trip, he chewed the cord and it broke! Need a tougher cord that is dog-proof.

Its good, I've fitted it to my bike and it looks great. Havn't ridden with it yet but sure will be great.
