Overall the construction of this speaker is beautiful. An absolute work of art. The sound quality is very wonderful for such a small speaker. However… there is a very pronounced buzz that comes from this speaker even at low volumes. Maybe it’s just this speaker but the buzz is quite the annoyance, which is sad cause this speaker is something else. Maybe customer support can help clear this up.

Sorry, I can't share anything with you yet. This is a Christmas gift for my Grandson so he won't get it for awhile. But I'm sure he will like it. I bought one a few years ago for my other Grandson and he was very impressed with it. This one is very cute.

For how expensive the speaker is, it's more esthetically pleasing than anything, it looks cool, comes in cool box, and all but the sound is rough, zero base, it isn't bad for listening to podcasts and stuff but music is not as good through it. Overall cool speaker still very durable

Very happy with this small but fairly loud speaker. It has a very nice weight to it and feels very solid, not flimsy. The one thing that kept me from giving it a full 5 stars is that it uses the old microUSB for charging and not USB-C. Most current tech devices these days are USB-C. Would I upgrade if a new model came out with USB-C? Probably not, if that was the only improvement. Other features would need to be added to get me to buy a second one. Nice sturdy build and good sound for the small size. Battery life is decent given the size. I wish there was a lock feature to prevent inadvertent button pushes. I attach to my golf bag and it can swing around a bit and the volume knob gets turned and the skip/pause button gets pushed. Also wish the light could be disabled as it pulses when connected. This unit is tiny, but has a big sound. I like the compact yet sturdy construction. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. I like the two LED's, they are quirky yet functional. There are a few things that could improve, the Bluetooth range is a little short, a 3.5 aux or USB-C jack would be great for physically connecting to a source device, and a magnet on the back of the case would be handy. Overall I am very happy with this device. the size makes it very convenient.

This is our second Muzen. Very happy with the first. Apparently, the company upgraded the Bluetooth chip. It is now somewhat difficult to use on some of our devices now. Love the rest. I was bragging about it. Got a fix???

Speaker is loud and works well. Turing it on and connecting Bluetooth could be a little easier. I had to read the instructions and keep the book and re read them the next few times I used it. Also it's tan. Not yellow.

Here’s it is, in a nut shell!… American made!… easy to use, big sound… feels like quality, even at full price it’s worth it. It’s a great purchase, They say what they do, do what they say… What more do you need… Compared to my Sony speaker the muzen is so much more acute at high volume. Easy to use, heavy to the feel. Love this thing. Bought it at the holidays for myself, price reduced after I bought it… and I just don’t care. That’s how much I love this speaker….

I don't understand how you charge it, and the instruction booklet doesn't explain. In general, the instructions need more information about how the speaker actually works and keeps working. Is it a battery? Do you charge the battery in some way, or replace it when it eventually goes out?
