Terrible customer service. This thing was great and I was excited for about a week and it's now a POS. The battery last 4 hours tops and the track knob is faulty. I requested assistance and within 24 hours sent the requested video of the problem. Now, over a week later they will not reply to any of my follow up emails. Going to now have to work with the Creidt Card company to dispute the charges. I've given Muzen a chance to make things right and they have failed. Buyer beware.

I purchased the MUZEN Button Portable Bluetooth Speaker Carrying Bag for each unit I purchased for friends (total of three). The casing is perfect. But… There is a problem: the clasp piece that is supposed to hook onto the mini’s top, is too fat/thick to go through the loop. How can this be remedied?

This little speaker has improved my work life so much. I love background music while working, but as a manager with an "open cube" policy headphones make me seem unapproachable. This speaker has great quality sound at low volumes for my office. It's also great to attach the strap and take it for a lunchtime stroll.

This looks so great in my retro office w/ antique phone. Radio picks up great! Bluetooth pairs flawlessly. *NOTE: Bluetooth pairing will fail when charge is 30% or less. Once you know that, you're golden! Speaker plays really LOUD w/ no distortion. Takes 3-4 hours to charge and you'll get around 20 hours play time at low-mod volumes. Wood version is lightweight. I also got the sky blue metal version (for the beach) which is substantially heavier. LOVE THEM BOTH!!!

This is the best purchase I made in years. I bought two - this one for me (to test out) and the other as a gift if the "test" was successful. This brings in radio stations clearly without the antenna; is easy to operate with my (old) Nano and has a tone you'd epect from something three times the size. Plus everybody comments on it. Needless to say the gift was also a huge hit and so in a sense this is a double review. Couldn't be happier.

I got the sky blue metal OTR for beach, walks, bike riding. I didn't quite get how cool these were until I used it the bluetooth. The metal version has a hefty solid weight which I love. It pairs seamlessly with my iPhone The speaker really puts out major volume w/ NO distortion. Really loud! The radio picks up really well without the add-on antenna.
