Too early to tell. I’m sharing with a friend recently diagnosed with cancer. She has had 2/6 cycles of chemotherapy. We are both taking 2mls daily. I’m feeing good in myself. She has (79yrs) had minimal side effects so far. My purpose is to build her immune system as best I can. I hope the soursop will help
