I've made a couple of cocktails, and I'm slightly tweaking the recipe to give me a slightly sweeter old fashioned. I like the maple bacon Proof syrup, but I think this flavor requires a little more syrup and a little less bourbon (I know, blasphemy!).

I liked the syrup but I wish there was a stronger bacon taste. I’m a big fan of maple & bourbon so this has been good, but I didn’t pick up much of a bacon flavor. Just one man’s opinion.

I ordered the maple bacon syrup, and I couldn't detect a hint of maple or bacon, which was disappointing. The syrup makes a good old fashioned, just not a maple bacon old fashioned. Perhaps the bottle I received was just labeled wrong. Thanks, Brian

I love the traditional syrup. Will more than likely keep ordering it. I did recently purchase the maple bacon syrup in order to have some variety. Unfortunately, I don't taste any maple or bacon flavor, or at least not enough. I'll keep using it in hopes that my experience changes. Cheers!!

This stuff is the best tasting mixer there is for an all in one, however, at $35 a bottle, that is about the cost of a medium quality bourbon, like Bulliet. Therefore, the mixer should never cost this much. So for me, this was a one time purchase until the price is reasonable, about $14-15 a bottle.

Although I realllly enjoyed the syrup, it definitely was not maple and bacon flavored. Not sure if I got a mislabeled bottle of what. Either way delicious product!

Stuff is good but might take some playing around to get it how you like it. I did the 1/2oz to 2oz ratio and it was almost too sweet

Easiest cocktail ever. Could use a bit more 'bacon' for my tastes but would buy again. Added the orange peel the first time (yum) but have added Bordeaux maraschino cherries the last 2 or 3 times. Either way, very tasty! Looking forward to trying the Toasted Pecan, next.

Really great quality and flavor. However, I was a little disappointed that you don't get a huge amount of "bacon" flavor; it is more a subtle smokiness from what I imagine would be the bacon. Maple is delicious and definitely present. Overall would order again but much more subtle than expected.

It was surprisingly good especially with the orange peal! Have continued to sample for three days now...hahaha! Not a strong bacon taste or flaver and somewhat sweet. Am awaiting a different arrival to compare it too! Either way it is very good and a nice surprise!

Tasted as advertised. Not cloying or overpowered, but you definitely get the smoky bacon and sweet syrup hints. You could get the same effect for about 1/10 the price by making bacon-infused bourbon and then mixing some maple syrup into your standard simple syrup. But that is a fair amount of work, so if you just want something easy that you won't have to experiment with and you know will turn out good, this is a good option.

As of today, I have sent multiple emails and have only received automated messages about your company being busy.
