Very happy with both the picture and costomer service. There were some things in the first copy that were not as we wanted them (mostly because of things I didn't think to detail like muscle tone). After sending us the first draft, we sent of list of things we wanted changed. They did an amazing job of taking all of those changes and getting it updated quickly! We are very haply with our finally copy!

Absolutely AMAZING experience and outcome! Got a portrait to surprise my sister and it truly surpassed any and all expectations I had. When I got the draft, it was literally perfect! It was so hard containing my excitement and keeping it a surprise. I recommend being as detailed as possible in descriptions, but the artists are all very respectful and responsive. Great experience. Will likely be ordering another portrait in the future.

I love it, it’s so cute! They were even able to get in time for Valentine’s Day with only five days in advance. I’ve always wanted to have this done, but never really knew which anime to go about, but there preview portraits helped do the trick! I only sent in about 4 photos of us and then 2 of the characters. Pretty accurate, if you ask me. Overall satisfaction

I ordered it very early because I'm planning on surprising my bf on our anniversary (which is in May). I got this canvas done for my friend's birthday because I know Rurouni Kenshin is her absolute favorite anime. The first draft they made was nice, but I realized I needed to give a bit more detail in order for it to really resemble her. The second sketch was done soon after and it looks JUST like her.
