The MacBook M1 laptop is in good condition and is authentic, sealed in plastic with the complete box. But, there are some issues with the customer service. The phone number posted on Facebook is unreachable. I attempted to contact them through all social media platforms but responses have been very slow. The courier service is slow and unresponsive as well. While the product itself is of high quality, there is room for improvement in the after-sales service. Thank you very much.

cheapest brand new Samsung S23 Ultra in PH Market. I ordered a Taiwan variant but I got a Global version. Delivery process is very fast and they respond easily I got it the next day to request for a same day delivery instead of pick-up.
