Excellent food. The food is the medicine. All of the cats with both kidney failure and pancreatitis love it and readily eat it. They are actually putting on weight with this food rather than steadily losing as they had been. We also have fewer flair ups of pancreatitis with throwing up bile, etc. This food has been a game changer for my two cats that need it. It's expensive but way cheaper than a vet bill for a cat on death's doorstep.

This food can often be difficult to get. There is one supplier who price gouges, charging more than twice as much as Southern Agriculture. Southern Agriculture doesn’t does not do that; they sell it for a fair price. They ship it quickly and make it easy for me to track the delivery.
